Terms And Conditions
By participating in the Growth Coaching Collective Ltd’s Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Your participation in the Program is subject to your acceptance of these terms.
- Eligibility
– The Growth Coaching Collective Affiliate Program is open to all clients past and present (“Referrers”) and individuals referred to the business (“Referred Users”).
– Referred people must sign up for Velocity through the referral link provided by the Referrer. Referred Users who fail to use the sign up link provided by the Referrer will not count as a valid referral and commissions will not be paid.
– Referred Users must not have previously been or currently be an existing user, client, member, lead or prospect of The Growth Coaching Collectives other services. If a Referred User matches one or more of these categories, the referral will become invalid.
- Commissions
– Referrers are eligible to receive a commission upon purchase of the FULL business mastery programme at a cost of £2997 The commission structure is a flat fee of £100. If the referred party opt for a payment plan the commission will still be paid upfront.
– All commissions are calculated and verified at the end of each month.
– Commissions are subject to the Referred User & the Referrers maintain an active payment plan and not missing any payments or breaching any contractual terms with The GCC.
- Commissions only apply for The Business Mastery programme, should the referred party opt for another service commission will NOT be payable
- Payouts
– Payouts are subject to a 30-day delayed period after the months end. Example – a successful referral is made on July 3rd, the commissions will be verified on August 1st and paid on September 1st.
– Payouts are processed between the 1st and 7th of the month.
– Payouts will be paid through the First Promoter platform via the designated payout method provided by the Referrer.
- Referral Tracking
– Referrals must be tracked through the unique referral link provided to each Referrer via the First Promoter platform.
– The Growth Coaching Collective is not responsible for commissions on referrals that do not use the assigned referral link.
- Compliance
– Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting The Growth Coaching Collective Ltd and the Affiliate Program.
– Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Affiliate Program will result in the immediate termination of the Referrer’s participation and forfeiture of any unpaid and future commissions.
- Changes to the Program
– The Growth Coaching Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without notice.
– Changes to the commission structure or terms and conditions will be communicated to Referrers through the email address associated with their account.
- Termination
– Participation in the Affiliate Program may be terminated by The Growth Coaching Collective at its discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions.
– When a Referrer is terminated, they lose all rights to unpaid and future commissions.
