I was looking at Kerry’s group programme yet knew I needed 1:1 support too so I booked a VIP Day with Kerry to get my business sh*t together as I knew I had blocks holding me back. And that’s exactly what Kerry helped me to do! We worked on my business model from the inside out... I already had a basic idea of how I wanted it, yet Kerry helped me to get crystal clear and has added much more structure. Systems and processes make my head scream but Kerry helped me to see that they aren’t as scary as I thought they were, and gave examples of how to put my own in place. We also looked at ways to add extra streams of income to my business increased my pricing, looked at upsells, email marketing strategies and so much more. The things I look for when investing in coaching is someone who knows their onions, someone who will challenge me and someone who I connect with. I was very glad to find all this and more in Kerry. Our VIP experience was an immersive experience and a great way to start our 1:1 sessions. We talked we laughed, we cried and we mapped out my business for 2023. Some of the stuff we have pinned down are easy wins which I have already started on and some of the tasks are big, with the intention of stretching me beyond what I feel is comfortable, but somehow, it feels like the right blend for me. I decided to book a VIP day with Kerry as I really needed some help to focus on my business strategy and understanding my Ideal Client, we got to work understanding my goals to create my business around the hours I want to work and also my young family. We carried out competitor analysis and explored areas I hadn’t considered before based on my previous experience, we created and mapped out three new packages and increased my prices. I loved the ideas around how to present my offer to potential client for maximum impact. Kerry helped me to really dig into my purpose and with the work we did on understanding my ideal client we worked on my content pillars and social media strategy. Kerry was really personable and it was the perfect blend of questioning, strategy, loads of ideas and getting to know one another. We had a lovely lunch and the location was great. It was lovely to take time away from my business to work on my business. Since our day I have already had new clients onboarded at the new price point which is great as my margin has increased. Having never worked one to one with a coach before Kerry was very approachable and warm, and gave lots of positive feedback on my social platforms, and constructively helped me to put things into place that pushed me out of my comfort zone but not to the point where I didn’t want to do it. Having worked with Kerry in her Sales for Success programme the natural next step was for me to do the VIP Experience. Kerry’s insight and knowledge on creating a sales strategy without the ickiness that sometimes accompanies sales is what appealed to me. I love that Kerry promotes selling through genuine connection. On our day together we really focussed in on two offers, both with a completely different Ideal Client without losing my messaging and purpose, these new services massively compliment my wider strategy for my CIC, and having an impact with my message around Domestic Violence. Working with Kerry was really easy and smooth, the day itself was very moving, Kerry provided a really safe space for me to express myself and really feel into what it was I wanted to achieve, and this massively helped me to figure out exactly how I would stack my new services. We worked on the messaging, how to position the offer, stacking in different tiers and pricing strategy, we also explored the possibility of creating a group training day to sell into the corporate space which would be more profitable way of delivering my service and creating change in the workplace. We also looked at how to optimise my LinkedIN and create a Masterclass lead magnet, as part of my lead generation strategy. Kerry also helped me to clarify a few key parts to my upcoming event that I wasn’t sure on. Which is now sold out. I travelled up to Manchester from London and Kerry collected me from the train station and took me back after our day. The location was great, the sun was shining so we spent the morning in nature with a picnic and a gin, the afternoon was spent in a lovely pub garden with wine and a great lunch.
